All orders in USA over $75 will receive free shipping. Canada has a flat rate charge for shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for any item under $75.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your handbag. If you're not happy for any reason with your purchase, please fill out the form under the CONTACT US tab and we will respond with instructions for how to return your item. All returns must be initiated within 30 days. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping fees are paid by the customer. If the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong item, etc.) please let us know and we will take care of you.
